Farwell to China

Today is our last day in China!  It's bittersweet because this is the only place that Noelle has ever known as home, but we are so anxious to get home too.  We had a good day and we are ready to head out early in the morning.

We'd like to thank everyone that has followed along with us on this amazing journey and especially for all the  comments that were left.  It was comforting and reassuring to hear from everyone back home.  This will be our last post while in China, once we get settled we'll post our return home so please stay tuned!  Also please know that we realize everyone is eager to visit, we'd like to ask you please give us time to allow Noelle, Christian, and Savannah to get settled and adjusted into the "new life."  This will be a whole new experience for Noelle especially and we want her to have a very positive experience as we slowly introduce her to family and friends.  This was also highly suggested by our adoption agency and friends that have been through this experience as well--in the end it has the best results for the child and we want to do everything possible to make this a comfortable adjustment for Noelle.  Please be patient and understanding with us as we "cocoon" with her in the coming months, we are just as anxious to introduce her to everyone when she is ready.

Enjoy the pictures of today, USA here we come!!  Prayers are much welcomed for safety on our flights home!  It's going to be a long 25 hours of traveling with a 2 year old toddler :-)
